It was awesome to receive some help in my native tongue (French) thanks to Romilton and Bartolomeu being able to speak that language, because that way, it was much easier for them to guide me in the settings on my phone, which all appear in French. I had to call twice because after Romilton helped me reinstall the mobile data network on my phone, it still didn't work, but Bartolomeu checked with me that all was good and after restarting my phone like he suggested, everything works again.
