It's nice option to have a prepaid SIM card with big amount of data included. I was impressed with it and ordered another SIM to my wife. This is where the troubles begun. I inserted the SIM card and expected it to work flawlessly. But there was no Internet bundle I paid for. The support works awfully. I wrote them email – no reply. I contacted them via chat – they said to wait 1-2 days for resolution. After that the resolution was – please pay for a bundle! W T F ? I paid for it already and just want it to work. And now I need to wait another day or two while they review the issue again.My resolution: it's good option until you face any trouble.UPDATE: it got even worse. After they contacted me about my case number I have no update since then. Complete silence for several days...
