I'm being asked to review a product I still haven't received. I ordered a lamp with a promise of next-day delivery, but two days later, I was informed it wasn't actually in stock. Despite this, my payment was processed. It's surprising how this practice is legal. If I sold a car and took someone's money without delivering, I would face serious repercussions. I have no idea when I will receive the lamp, so I cannot comment on its quality, but my experience with the company has been disappointing.
