I was asked to review a product I have yet to receive. I ordered a lamp with a promise of next-day delivery, but after two days without any updates, I reached out to check its status. I learned that the item was never in stock, yet my payment was still processed. While I understand this may be within legal bounds, it feels quite unfair. If I were to sell a luxury item and take someone's money without delivering, I would face serious consequences. I have no idea when or if I will receive the lamp, so I can't comment on its quality. However, I can certainly express my dissatisfaction with the company's service.
