Performance was poor: before hiring, I was generating hundreds of free signups and a steady number of paid users. After switching, I saw no paid signups and a decline in all metrics. The ROI was literally zero. I paid for two months and received nothing valuable in return. Communication was inconsistent, requiring multiple follow-ups for basic updates. Due to the subpar quality of work and minimal output, I paused my payments. I don’t believe it's fair to charge for a month of work that wasn’t performed.
