I engaged this service for a 3-month contract to manage marketing for my platform, and the entire experience was profoundly disappointing from beginning to end. Here are the main issues I faced: They managed to complete only about 3 weeks of actual work during the whole 3-month duration. Most of the time was spent on preliminary setups, with very little genuine marketing activity. The materials they produced were of such low quality that I couldn't approve or utilize most of them. They fell far short of the standards required for my brand, despite having provided clear examples and guidance. The performance was abysmal:

Due to the poor quality of work and minimal output, I ultimately decided to stop payments. I don't think it's fair or ethical for them to charge for a final month when the contracted work was not delivered. This has been one of the worst marketing investments I've ever made, and I'm sharing this review to warn other business owners against making the same error. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Terrible experience. I feel scammed out of funds with no results and less than a month of total communication. Unauthorized charges were made. The representative was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and refused to provide contact information for management. Legal action is underway. This is a total scam. Avoid this service at all costs. Horrible customer service, as they are clearly scamming people out of their hard-earned money. I’m appalled and thought they could be trusted. They denied any refund. Terrible experience.
