My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The accommodation they arranged was in very poor condition, completely different from what was promised at the time of booking. Their staff is highly unprofessional, uncooperative, and unresponsive. After receiving full payment, they stopped responding to calls and messages entirely. They make false and misleading commitments just to finalize the booking. When I raised complaints about the accommodation quality, their staff clearly stated that they have no responsibility after booking the room, showing their careless and irresponsible attitude toward customers. This is a clear case of misguidance and poor service. I strongly warn others not to trust this service. Booking with them is a complete waste of money and peace of mind.
