My experience with the service has been highly disappointing and frustrating. The accommodation provided was in very poor condition, completely different from what was promised at the time of booking. The staff is unprofessional, uncooperative, and unresponsive. After receiving full payment, they ceased all communication via calls and messages. They make false and misleading promises just to finalize the booking. When I raised concerns about the quality of the accommodation, their staff clearly stated that they have no responsibility after the room is booked, which reflects their careless and irresponsible attitude toward customers. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and inadequate service. I strongly caution others against trusting this service. Booking with them is a total waste of money and peace of mind.

If you’re considering international travel, please save yourself the regret—book with reputable companies or plan the trip yourself. We chose this service after seeing a glowing video that now feels misleading. Fellow travelers we met shared the same feedback—disappointment. Here’s the reality: Before the trip, they went out of their way to convince us of a premium experience. We even questioned why they charged more than established companies, who offered better accommodations at a lower price. Their response? “It’s all about the experience we’ll create for you.” The promised “experience” turned out to be subpar accommodations and cancellations. We were taken to low-quality dining options, and local arrangements were poorly managed. On day one, our driver left without picking us up. Bottom line: This service is new in the market, charging premium prices but delivering below-par service. We would have had a much better experience planning it ourselves. Save your time and money, and choose a professional partner.
