It's great that they offer nice deals and lower prices than other retailers, but they always fail to deliver on time. I placed an order a week ago, and it was supposed to arrive today (which is already a long wait), but I just received a message that they have only shipped it and it will be delivered in two days. Whenever I order, I just know I'm getting the 'Sorry, your order is delayed' email. If delays are frequent, perhaps they should adjust their delivery estimates?
