I recently purchased a perfume from the seller. There was a small amount missing from the bottle, but it wasn't their fault as the packaging was sealed, likely a factory issue. They provided a full refund, and I was able to keep the perfume. Excellent service.
I am very dissatisfied with my experience with the company. I ordered a specific perfume, but instead, I received an unrelated item — a lip oil. Mistakes can happen, but the worst part is the complete lack of response from the support team. I reached out and have not received any assistance or acknowledgment. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. I expect my issue to be resolved immediately — either by sending the correct item or providing a full refund. Until then, I cannot recommend shopping here.

I placed an order on November 15, and now it's December 7 with still nothing! I received a confirmation email after ordering stating my package would arrive on November 24 via the postal service. There's a tracking code, but the company hasn’t sent it out yet. I emailed customer service on December 3 and have received no response! I am extremely frustrated! I just want my package or at least to contact customer service to find out what's happening! This honestly feels like a scam! I will never shop here again!
I ordered products with a promised delivery date of two days. However, I kept receiving updates about delays. When I finally contacted customer support, I was informed that my package had 'gone astray.' They sent a replacement, but the wait was even longer, totaling over a week. I lost money as I had to buy the products elsewhere and wasted a lot of time trying to find out what was happening. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the last time I will shop here.
5 stars for the quick delivery and high-quality products last year. 1 star ⭐ for the delayed delivery this time and unreachable support, as the website forms are unresponsive at times. I ordered on October 2, and today I received a mail from the postal service that they got the package from the company. They will deliver it on October 16. This means that delivery from one city to another takes TWO weeks, a trip that typically takes 20 minutes! This is not just a logistical issue; it's a hidden flaw!
It's great that they offer nice deals and lower prices than other retailers, but they always fail to deliver on time. I placed an order a week ago, and it was supposed to arrive today (which is already a long wait), but I just received a message that they have only shipped it and it will be delivered in two days. Whenever I order, I just know I'm getting the 'Sorry, your order is delayed' email. If delays are frequent, perhaps they should adjust their delivery estimates?
