I have consistently ordered products from this company over the past five years. Each year I was happy with the product until this year. I ordered my parents an expensive Evergreen center piece and within a few days, It was already losing needles. I left them 2 messages on their website and called several times, Without being able to reach anyone in a timely manner. I will never order from this company again.
