We ordered 3 evergreen boxes from a certain provider, along with greens from our wholesale supplier, for a wreath workshop. I can't emphasize enough how satisfied we are with the greenery we received. It's fresh, vibrant, fragrant, and stunning! Compared to the ones from our wholesale supplier, these are clearly superior and even more affordable. Next year, we intend to exclusively use this provider!
I’ve ordered wreaths from this service for various seasons over the years. Unfortunately, this will be my last order. I requested shipping for a specific date, but when I followed up, I was informed there was a delay. On the day it was supposed to ship, I received a tracking number stating 'Label created', but it hadn’t actually shipped. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response. With a Christmas party approaching, I’m left scrambling to find a replacement. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

We have been customers since 2008, enjoying beautiful wreaths. However, over the years, the customer service has declined while prices have surged. After yet another late shipment, I’ve decided this will be our last year ordering due to the lack of caring from customer service.
