The company excels at attracting buyers with support and training, but this quickly fades once the purchase is complete. Promises are made but not kept—I was told there was an option to sell my device back, but when I attempted to do so due to changing circumstances, the staff either did not respond or denied the promise, despite having it in writing. I strongly advise against engaging with this company!
