The company excels at attracting buyers with support and training, but this quickly fades once the purchase is complete. Promises are made but not kept—I was told there was an option to sell my device back, but when I attempted to do so due to changing circumstances, the staff either did not respond or denied the promise, despite having it in writing. I strongly advise against engaging with this company!

I paid a significant call-out fee only to be given a repair date nearly three weeks later, despite claims of a rapid response guarantee. This delay was unacceptable for a crucial device and undermined their stated service standards. There was a lack of proactive communication, and I have since had to file a formal complaint and request a refund for services not rendered. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. While the company is quick to sell their equipment, they fail to deliver on promised support. I recommend seeking independent support to avoid prolonged service gaps.
