My conveyancer was unreachable by phone, with numerous attempts yielding no success over six months. Email responses took ages, often filled with automated replies and careless formatting. I felt the need to chase for information constantly. The property completion took eight months, largely due to delays from the service. I rarely give one-star reviews, but this experience warrants it. While not everyone was unprofessional, the overall service was lacking.
