I strongly urge you to refrain from purchasing a caravan from this company based in Towyn - Rhyl. The sales team is excellent at selling you an enticing dream, but once you've parted with your hard-earned money, everything quickly goes downhill. The sales manager is completely ineffective and displays unprofessional behavior. The after-sales service is dreadful; repairs take ages, if they ever happen at all. Emails are ignored, and when you call, the person you need is often unavailable, with no callbacks. They make grand promises during your visit, yet nothing gets resolved. Selling your caravan back to them is an absolute nightmare. It took over 10 months to address my situation, and they offered me less than £5000 for a caravan I bought for £38000 just four years ago. You can't sell the caravan on-site, and moving it incurs exorbitant fees. Please explore other options and be cautious of the sales pitches.
