Spent 4 days there. Arrived no greeting from the reception staff or smile. Didn't realise they hadn't given us our passes so went back and was grunted at to advise they are in your caravan. They weren't.Had to ring and someone came with them.Rang at 9am the following morning to let them know that the light in the bathroom wasn't working...there was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water at all in the caravan...advised someone will be out.At 4.30 as we were passing reception...popped in to see if everything had been sorted .. ohh he's just turned up he won't be long. When we got back to the van over an hour later. We had hot water but still had the leak and no light. Left a message for them to call back ..nothing...Then there was a leak in the ensuite...I didn't even bother reporting it as what was the point.Staff rude and unhelpful. Caravans need work on.Definitely wouldn't go back again.
