The sales team excels at presenting an idealized experience, but once you make your purchase, everything falls apart. The sales manager is ineffective and unprofessional. The after-sales service is atrocious; repairs take ages, if they happen at all. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are often ignored. They make grand promises during your visit, but nothing gets resolved. Selling your caravan back is a nightmare, and I received a fraction of what I paid.
