I've been with this service for years, experiencing both good and bad, but the quality has declined. Appointments are often canceled, leaving me without pain relief multiple times. Communication is difficult, and the automated system is frustrating. Charges on my account were promised to be removed but remain. I am extremely dissatisfied.
