Review Time
I have been a patient of this clinic since project 2020, and I have had one prescription delivered in full, on time, from these people in nearly five years.
There is always an excuse.
First it was their terrible computer systems, then they lack locum doctors to service appointments in a reasonable timeframe, there are always problems with suppliers, but when it comes to actually doing the job and getting the medicines delivered on time, it never happens.
Some of the staff are kind and try very hard to help, but it seems like it is a constant uphill battle for them to cope with the challenges of actually achieving their objectives for their paying customers with the tools at their disposal.
Despite charging £240 a year in subscription fees, nobody at the clinic takes any ownership, makes any effort to contact you in the case of difficulties on their end, or offers any compensation for the difficulties you are having as a paying customers.
As the patient, you constantly have to chase them to resolve issues on their end that they have caused.
Meanwhile, they are constantly badgering me to refer a friend and write them a review here, presumably because their service is so dysfunctional they are bleeding customers.
Well, I certainly won’t be seeking to refer a friend, but now they have their review.
I will be seeking to switch to another clinic ASAP, and I would recommend that anybody who is experiencing the same difficulties do the same.

I may need to restart the approval process with another clinic, requiring new documentation after three months of waiting.
