Same for me as well. I ordered a game console for my son on the 30.11.25. I have emailed twice just to get the same automated response basically telling me to be patient. I don't think I will ever receive this item. Shame I didn't see these reviews before. Hopefully more people will see reviews like mine and this company and there website will get closed down. What scum to scam parents trying to get nice presents for there kids.
