I checked with my local USPS but they said they couldn't help unless there was some sort of USPS tracking number. I have emailed Alessntials twice asking for their help but have received no response. Now I am out almost $100, have received nothing, and have gotten no help at all.

I ordered 2 car camcorder but it was not what I have expected based on the video riviews before I bought it. I have been trying to get a hold of them via email about 6 times now but no answer to emails. When I call the provided number on their website, a robot answers it and redirects me to sending an email. I cannot return the items until I got the instructions on how or where to send them back. I have asked my financial institution to stop the payments. Hoping someone would respond back to my emails.

I’m sold, so if it already exists or is in the works for a portable car version or a smaller guy to get down in the cracks of seats and armchairs and such in.

I found it challenging to track my order, as I could only do so a few times before it arrived, and I had to reach out to the customer support team, which was managed by an AI bot.

Received the Incorrect Glasses

Initially, I received the wrong glasses. I specifically ordered the ones with the camera, and I was really looking forward to getting the correct pair. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I'm quite disappointed as I needed them for work, and now I have to look for another supplier.
