My order status shows as 'unfulfilled' and I have not received any tracking information. I emailed customer service but haven't received a response. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it seems unlikely to arrive on time. I'm thinking about canceling any future payments or orders with this company. Very disappointing to have no communication.
