Ordered a retro games console and controllers after seeing an advert.Payment taken, no despatch, no response from customer services (either through the form on their website or from emailing direct).No idea where my order is or if it has been despatched but I do know that they have my money.EDIT IN RESPONSE : After almost 2 weeks of nothing, my order moved to posting within an hour or so of posting this review and receiving a reply.Please do not respond with silly stock replies about the weather or customs - These don't apply if you haven't even sent the item yet, they certainly do not prevent you from responding to emails or contact on your web form. It is very strange that you do not respond to direct contact at all but are suddenly respond with impressive speed when you get a bad review on a platform like this.You clearly were able to work out what order this review relates to despite asking for further information - no doubt to try and play the review system.I will update this review on receipt of the item.
