I changed my address before I placed the online order. But due to Mimco's system error, still shows my old address. I contacted Mimco, and they provide the customer care to solve my problem. After I explained the problem, the customer care ignores me. I mentioned there is risk that I will not receive my parcel...still ignore me. I contacted Mimco online chat, they don't listen what you say, they just repeat the same thing whatever you say... this is so hopeless, and Mimco online agent closed my chat without finish conversation. I paid my money, now no reply, no order update, nothing...Won't buy anything from Mimco again!
