Review Time
I'm still waiting for an order I placed on November 30, 2025. It's now December 12, 2025, with delivery expected on December 4. The customer service is terrible, as there's no way to call for assistance. I've been a loyal customer, but my faith has been shaken. I hope to receive my order in time for Christmas.
I strongly advise against ordering online. Their customer service is terrible. A month after purchasing a bag and keyring, I received only the keyring, despite the packing slip stating both items were included. I tried contacting them via chat and email, but only received automated responses. I have proof that the bag couldn't possibly fit in the small parcel I received. With no real support available, I would not recommend buying online.
I bought a bracelet for a young colleague's birthday but forgot to include the receipt. After returning from my holiday, she found it too heavy. I took it to a pop-up store to exchange it. The manager, though rude, agreed to exchange it but charged me an additional $19 due to a previous discount. I paid it but will not shop there again and have warned others about my poor experience.
The bag I ordered arrived in a used condition, not new as advertised. There was no protective packaging, and the leather was marked. After returning it, the replacement was just as bad. Customer service offered a small discount but refused to fully address my concerns. I won't shop here again.
