Part of my order was cancelled because they didnt have in stock something they said they did. No option to change colour or select something else due to the way their system responds. When contacting to ask if I would still be elgibible for free shipping if i were to re-order the item (the unavailable item was under the $100 free shipping criteria) and also to ask when the refund for the cancelled portion would be refunded - I got no reply. They say they offer live chat on their site which doesnt exist. The dispatch email came with no tracking number for my item. Its been 3 days and it is coming from 2hours down the road so I dont know where it is since i cant track it.Generally an all round terrible experience.Update:It's now been a week since dispatch, I still have no tracking number and the product still hasn't arrived despite the 1-3days delivery time. I have phoned Mimco to try and get a tracking number but all that can be done is a case created and it will take 2-5days for a case manager to address my issue. The issue being "what is my tracking number". Truly a terrible experience.Update2:I just received the email from NZpost that my parcel was picked up today from a different location to where the dispatch email said it was shipped from. So it appears they have shipped the item from their shop/warehouse what ever in one city, to another city so that they can then ship it to me. It took just shy of 2 weeks from when it was "dispatched" to actually be picked up by NZ post for delivery to me. So bad
