Our flight was full and they offered us a better alternative time. We accepted. Foolish mistake as this was nothing more than a scam. The alternative flight we chose was full so they moved us to the next day. They admitted this. No consultation or agreement by us. Regardless, they refused to change our flight to the day we needed without paying €500 - ridiculous and unaffordable. This put our travel plans in turmoil, and cost us another night’s accommodation, a lost tour booking (no refund) and lots of time and hassle. They said we had a voucher in our names, but as we don’t live in Europe so that’s useless to us.
