I wouldn’t recommend Vueling. Though initial price was low, additional fees were exorbitant & customer service was not knowledgeable or helpful. For example, I purchased 1 checked bag for myself & my spouse & 1 overhead carry-on, but only 1 appeared when I checked in along with an overhead carry-on. The attendant said that was fine to use the 2 bag tags for our 2 checked bags & that my carry-on didn’t need a tag anyway. So I thought that was all set till I realized I had a pending charge on my boarding pass for excess baggage. I had to pay 204 euros for a 2nd bag whose cost should have been only 35 euros. Even customer service wouldn’t help in resolving the mis-understanding & only said I had to pay or I couldn’t fly. So I paid with no satisfaction from either the attendant when first checking in or the customer service rep when who were both uninformed &/or not helpful. Additionally, charging FastTrack was a joke as there was no added benefit at the time we checked in. And charging for bags purportedly because they wouldn’t fit under the seat in front of you & had to go overhead was both inaccurate as measurements were totally incorrect. We paid for 2 carry-ons to go overhead but both fit fine under the seat in front of us. Bottom line, flight was just ok but totally overpriced, misleading, & bad customer service-do NOT fly Vueling.
