My daughter flew with Vueling from Barcelona to Split, Croatia on Wednesday 30 July in the morning. She checked in her luggage and guess what?! It never arrived in Croatia. It still hasn't arrived. Some other passengers did not receive their luggage too. I DO NOT understand how a suitcase that has been checked in with a securely attached label can go missing. My daughter is distraught as her case contains absolutely everything and all she has is the clothes she travelled in. We were told she can purchase essentials are 24 hours from notifying Vueling, so as that was 8:22am 30 July, she could not purchase anything until 8:23am the next day to claim back from Vueling. I have no words! Exceptionally poor customer service, zero care and failing passengers 100%. They cannot even tell us where her case is, if it even made the flight, if it is still in Barcelona, or in Split. The luggage label has a barcode, so how can they not even know where its location is on their tracking system? Do they even have one? Do they even care? If you travel with this airline my strongest advice is NEVER to check in your luggage. If you need to check in luggage pick another airline like BA. I'm praying hard that they do find her luggage but for now it's a 1 star from us only because we cannot apply zero stars. Buck up your ideas and standards Vueling, you are failing customers!
