Worst experience ever when buying airline tickets.bought round trip flights to Barcelona for my boyfriend, son and I.First, they changed the journey home, which we accepted. Subsequently, they changed our departure, which we did not accept, as it would mean we would miss our entire first day at an expensive paid hotel.We therefore chose to cancel the return tickets to buy some new ones from a new company.It said we would get a full refund if the change was 5 hours or more. Furthermore, we had also paid for cancellation insurance.nevertheless, we received an email stating that we would only be refunded 1/3 of what we had paid. We chose not to raise objections because it still covered the amount which we had paid for the new tickets. But then we never heard again and never received the refund !!We have tried to write to everything that was possible: robot-like chats and emails - and even called what was supposed to be a customer service that not so surprising could not help us. Therefore, we chosed to seek out their physical customer service counter at Barcelona Airport, which immediately declined the inquiry and referred to one of the robotic chats again. So all in all, Vueling has quite simply stolen an amount for us. And A LOT of our time with no response at all. Do not understand that they can be allowed to continue their scam-like airline agency.We are now considering reporting them to the Appeals Board/‘Forbruger Europa’ which can proceed with the case.
