Vueling have the worst customer service. In short, my bag was lost on 1 March this year. I was then notified that it had been located and would be delivered to my hotel on 4 March, which is when I had already informed that I would be leaving. Multiple calls to customer service and all repeated that the bag would be delivered to the hotel, even if I wouldn't be there anymore. Since then, no sign of my bag. Every time I call customer service they tell me the bag has been delivered, I explain the situation and we get nowhere. All I'm asking them to do is to re-open the PIR so that it is at least being tracked. They refuse. So, basically, they have located my bag, had it knowingly delivered to the wrong address and now refuse to do anything to have it re-delivered to me. I can understand bags sometimes going missing, but an airline refusing to deliver it once found- that is just theft.
