When I realised it was too late, i filed the report but I feel there should be a prioritisation for passports. if i contact Vueling I am told service is externalised, if i contact foundspot I am told management is in the hands of vueling. Who can I ask to, for escalating properly this issue? Update: i managed to contact the lost and found Barcelona office. No bags found. So either was stolen in front of the cabin crew ( second row) or it has been stolen afterwards during the clean up. Either very unpleasant situations.They could have stolen everything but return the documents at least
