I recently experienced the most appalling treatment from the staff during my flight from Málaga to Gatwick. Upon encountering an issue with my friend's hand luggage, which we had previously paid for, I attempted to address the situation with a member of the airline staff. However, my polite inquiries were met with complete disregard and dismissal.Not only did the staff member refuse to acknowledge my concerns, but she also threatened to call the police and barred me from boarding the plane. To make matters worse, she confiscated my passport in an attempt to cancel my ticket. This behavior was nothing short of harassment and an abuse of power.Overall, I am deeply disappointed and traumatized by the treatment I received Their failure to address this issue promptly and appropriately reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards. I would strongly advise against flying with this airline in the future, as no one should have to endure such mistreatment.
