When I reached out about the damage, I was told to glue it and offered a small refund. I requested a replacement or full refund, but they insisted I cover the return shipping for the damaged mask. My request for a full refund was denied, and they offered a slightly higher refund as a final option. Overall, the clothing quality is lacking, and I was very disappointed with my experience. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from this platform.
