I requested a replacement mask or a full refund, but they insisted I cover the return shipping for the damaged item. I declined and asked for a complete refund, which was refused in favor of a final offer of $15. Overall, the clothing quality is subpar, and receiving a broken mask was frustrating. Given the amount I spent, I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend purchasing from this platform, as it seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction based on my experience.

I needed assistance with a new order for the T-51 Helmet, and the customer service responded swiftly. They were incredibly helpful and worked hard to fulfill my request. After purchasing a beautiful costume, I was disappointed when the pants scratched within hours of wearing them. The aftersales service sent a new pair, but they didn't include the necessary laces for the armor plates. When I pointed this out, they suggested I sew the laces from the old pants or find a tailor. This company is unprofessional, and for a 500-euro costume, it's not worth it. They clearly have significant sizing issues as well.
DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING! It's misleading. I ordered an addition to a costume for Halloween, expecting delivery in 2-7 days. Over a week later, my order hasn't even been dispatched, despite the website stating it was in stock. Customer service is often unhelpful, providing vague responses. I requested a refund and cancellation, but they ignored my messages. Previous orders through another platform were satisfactory, but this experience has been far from secure. I'm doubtful I'll receive either the costume or my money back.
