My experience has been completely frustrating. I ordered a mask on September 28 with express shipping, expecting it to arrive well before Halloween/comic con. It's now November 4, and my order has not been processed or refunded, despite frequent attempts to contact them. I requested to cancel the order, but all I received was an 'ok.' Currently, I'm down £80 with no product and no customer service, making it feel like a scam.
