I attempted to transfer my mobile number from this provider to another, but they delayed the approval, causing my request to fail. I've seen many others express similar frustrations. If the service was satisfactory, customers wouldn’t want to leave. There are regulations requiring providers to process porting requests, yet when I reached out for help, the representative claimed they had no record of my request. It's incredibly disappointing. I’ve decided to part ways for good!
