I just recontracted my broadband and faced numerous issues. The technician merely swapped a wire and changed the modem, leaving me to deal with the router. I was misinformed, and now I’m stuck without internet access. The lack of support during weekends has been frustrating. I regret my decision and am considering switching providers after this experience.
