I started lessons with Phil Heaven at the end of 2019... He was excellent!Phil was very patient, extremely reliable and always had a tidy, clean car.He helped me feel extremely confident in all areas, and talked me through things I needed to improve on clearly. After just 4 months of lessons with Phil, i managed to pass my test first try. I would 100% recommend M4 motoring school, especially if your lucky enough to get Phil Heaven. 😉
