If I could id give the owner Gareth at M4 zero rating. I see plenty of good reviews for others at M4 which is great. The ones who went with them are the lucky ones. Gareth took on our daughter, a block booking. He was so unreliabe. Cancelled lessons with very little notice. Cut them short. No planning with lessons or progress. Even to the point that he told our daughter he'd booked her driving test (which she'd paid for up front) which was a blatant lie! Which only became apparent after checking with the Dvsa. He then went awol. His lies have led to our daughter having to wait another 11 months for a test. And she's now cut her losses and got a decent instructor. A world above Gareth. He's a disgrace. Reported him to Dvsa, who have little authority, unfortunately. Have heard of others where he didn't even turn up on the day of the test!Steer clear of Gareth. He's the owner / director. It beggers belief.
