AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Really poorly run company. Too easy to throw around ‘the instructors are self employed’ when they happily profit off of them and are they are operating under their company name. Agency law says that M4 are still liable. My instructor dropped me two weeks before my test for personal reasons, M4 gave me a different instructor who was aggressive, rude and intimidating, but more importantly had never taught in the area my test was booked, leaving me with ten days to find a new instructor. Two months later and I still haven’t been refunded for the prepaid lessons I never got and M4 refuse to give me my money back. I have been at the end of the phone to the lady on the phone line who has repeatedly said she’ll find out and let me know…and never let me know.
