We rented a skip, and it hasn’t been collected for 14 days. It’s blocking the neighboring business, and despite multiple requests for collection, nothing has happened. When I called the helpline, they claimed they had no contact information for the team responsible for scheduling pickups, which is hard to believe for a business. This feels like a breach of contract, and I would caution others against using this service, as paying in full leaves you with no options to enforce collection. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
