I strongly advise avoiding this company—they fail to collect skips within the agreed timeframe. Their website states that collection will occur within 7 working days, which has not happened. As seen in other reviews, many customers share this issue. The skip is still on my driveway, preventing a contractor from starting work. I've filed a formal complaint and will escalate it if not resolved soon.
This was the worst skip company I’ve ever encountered. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful. They were late collecting the skip and then falsely claimed they called when no one was home. The collector even urinated against my neighbor's house. Absolutely shocking.
