Arrived on time, but, unfortunately after 13 days it still has not been collected. After numerous calls and us being told yes we will get on to our transport manager to have it picked up, it still sits in the garden. My mother is terminally ill and lives alone, many nights there has been ppl routing through the skip, scaring my mother while she lays in bed unable to move, leaving bits on the ground too and adding to the skip. I have explained this on every call. Very disappointed with the lies and bad service.
