I had a terrible experience with M53 Ellesmere Port. Had my car for nearly 3 weeks, no one updated me on the status. Reported a cracked brake disc to them, asked them about the crack when I picked it up, was told it was fine. Was not happy with this so thankfully took it to Peoples Ford who have been brilliant. Urgent work required, brake discs replaced thankfully while it was under warranty. Asked for scratched interior plastics to be replaced too by M53, this work was never carried out after 3-4 visits.My car nor myself will return there ever again.
