Ongoing saga.....are M53 branches owned as franchise like macdonalds??Head office in fleet seem to not have the authority to instigate works on behalf of customer!!! We have paid £700 for a van in rental and insurance that we cannot use 4 over 1 month and that has lost us thousands regarding income during this time. Ford disputing service info provided and want to no exact oil used which we will provide, current info not enough Apparently. Laying blame 🤔 Service history completed. Recall notifications 4 major safety issues.....not received by Ford
