Not even used the toll yet and already frustrated, website is shocking to use. Won’t accept the correct password and won’t let you easily request a new password. When it does finally let you then you never receive the password reset instructions. Tried to set up an alternative account but won’t let me do that as car registration is already in the system. Sort it out, this is simple stuff!
