The remark that the terrible receipt system is a 3rd party company, is also not helpful. Saying sign up to Breeze when it’s a minimum £30 deposit and having to top up at £15 base is also very poor. There might be work going on behind the scenes but it’s not quick enough or good enough. This taken from your website is surely a joke; “We develop smart transport solutions that exceed customer expectations”.The biggest issue is of course the very high prices. It’s out of hand. Don’t consider doing something about the cost, please simply provide a value for money service and reduce the tariff.
