Not only was it perfectly possible before the changes to present me a ticket for the length that I'd travelled so your explanation is manifestly wrong but the service online does not recognise either my card or registration, wrong on both points.Every review on here says the same thing since the change. Reverse it, this is just appalling customer service, no-one wants a receipt 2 days later that they have to work for... in what world did you mistake this for a good idea???
